If not repairable, cut the tops off to use or sell at some time....

If you still have the cut-over switch and piping, I'd just through in another civy tank for the time being - that'll extend your range a bit. If you don't mind cutting off the tank support cross member, you could also throw in the larger (14 gal ?) tank.
