In Australia cant you just bypass the cooler bit and Join the fuel lines and the coolant lines and leave out the cooler. I have lived in England, I came back to Aussie for the warm climate. Australia does not get cold enough for all this Cold weather stuff they put on Rovers to come to Australia HELP

COOLER... Not HEATER....
The fuel is compressed in the head, the fuel returning to the tank is Hot...
The cooler is to COOL this fuel down as it returns to the tank.
And considering the total number of leaks reported on this site equals <3 I'd say its nothing to worry about...
Name other "Cold weather stuff" fitted to a Landrover "unnecessarily" if you will..... I'm curious.....
