Yes but rallying is, as you stated,
racing, and as such is held on a closed course with permission to do so, and done by drivers who hold a licence to do so, with support crews, medical teams, sweep cars, etc. That has absolutely nothing to do with people posting videos of themselves "conquering" bush tracks in an improper manner, that could be potentially be held up by greenies as a reason to close those same tracks.
