The fairleads are the rollers that the cable passes through, there are 2 vehticle ones on that winch, and looks like the lower one is there as well, the brush bar that came with it is the standard brush bar, and the one with the bumper batr is the later one with the lifting bracket anti-chafing extensions (the rectangular brackets on both sides) they are to hold the lifting ropes clear of the body during helo/shipping lifts, the centre bar has been bent up to possibly by somebody doing a "fix the vehicle job with a chain-block and bent the centre bar, by heating the bar you could probably straighten it out
