Looks pretty straight Richard, and quite complete for it's age, do the engine no's match, and how startable is the motor, any water in the oil, what's the Radiator like, all in all , looks like a good mate for Lousie
It would have started life as Deep Bronze Green, with full front guards, and modified later and repainted O/Drab
