Has anyone built there own? I have fancied building my offroad caravan for a long time but I don't have the space to do it, so I tried to persuade my Dad to do it about 7 years ago but he bought a 130 and built a demountable for it. Now he fancies building one
and has bought an ex army trailer chassis. We have had loads of ideas of what to do but thought I'd ask here for your thoughts. The trailer has about 8' floor space and we fancy chamfering the back to add a couple more feet. We think it will be just wide enough to sleep across it. Not sure whether it will be a raising roof or a hinged roof or build it taller in the middle only. What do you think? any pics? any www's for us to look at?
