Thanks for the replies. I just had a looksey and its leaking from the end tanks.
I will go to suttons on monday and see if they can pressure test it to see how much it can handle. (its a replacement radiator/aftermarket, more than 2 years old)
I think the corrigations have been its undoing.
It may be sometime before I can reply to let you know how it turns out.
