88 models - 6.00, 6.50, 7.00, 7.50 x 16 crossply, tread not specified

109 models - 7.50x16 or 9.00 x 16 crossply, tread not specified, or 7.50x16 Michelin XY

From Owner's manual, Landrover Series 3 P/N 607324A, dated 1978 and supplied with a 1981 109.

From memory the tyres usually fitted would have been, for the 109, 7.50x16 with RTM tread pattern crossplys. By 1980 many 88s would have been specified with the same, but the usual would probably have been 7.00x16 RTM crossply. As wheels and tyres were supplied from local sources, the tyres would not have been the same as the home market models, but it is likely that fully imported Station Wagons would have had home market tyres.

The 'Game' which I think was about that date, had 15" wheels with wider tyres. It is also possible that some may have been specified with radials, almost certainly 7.50x16 for both 88 and 109, and probably Michelin.
