I looked here a while back:

but the consensus here was that it wouldn't withstand ZF pressures.
I am going to mount a small oil cooler with thermo fan on the back of the ute to cool the auto. I am sure I have heard of people buying a setup where you could get the cooler and thermo all in one package.
Anyone know where you can get these?
thanks

I was chatting to Andy e and he was saying that for his comp jigger that he runs an AC condensor.

Thanks Simon, but I would prefer a nice smal square one.
So the next question would be.....what is the max pressure that the ZF works at?
Ok, that sort of fits in with what I found out today. I was told about 115psi is what it runs at.
The unit that you had a link to at performance central is tested to 200psi so I that should be fine. I will look around but that one for $300 seems like a good buy
Here's the Earls catalogue
http://www.earls.com.au/dirlisting/E...20BRACKETS.pdf
They are tested to 175 psi, burst is claimed to be up around 350 psi.
A real cooler like this only needs to be half the size of a tube & fin cooler of the same heat rejection capacity.
Yep, fin and tube are so yesterday. They need to be like a coolant radiator or like a car radiator but with rectangular passeges and internal and external finning.
