Hey, that was a great night

Firstly, welcome aboard Thomas - we enjoyed your company and are in awe of the machine you own/drive.

Many of the group may be unaware of the place Brian Haberfield occupied in Land Rover Folklore in the Border Region - and to think you now own that icon - the 200TDi Land Rover Panel Van that Brian treasured so greatly.

Brian passed away twelve months ago. He was a true gentleman and an honor to know.

Thomas, I'm glad you own the Defender and we are looking forward to your continued participation in our journeys to the pub and the bush.

We are all going to Caspar's in the near future for a BBQ and drinks - if you are living on the fringe of this site send me an email and I will send you the dates etc. Caspar won't be in on the dates etc because he wouldn't turn up to his own BBQ so it has to be a surprise. Great night - and a date was decided upon for the get together at Ivan's - a day where anyone can turn up put their vehicle up on the hoist, check it out etc - a day devoted to Land Rover Talk - the day.... Saturday December 6.
