I OWN THE ABOVE AND NEED TO KNOW.
CHEERS,
- MY VEHICLE IS FITTED WITH GENUINE ROVER SUMP GUARD & MOUNTING BRACKET. CAN I FIT AN "ARB" BULLBAR? WILL THE MOUNTING FLANGES OF THE "ARB" BULLBAR FOUL THE SUMP GUARD BRACKET MOUNTS. "ARB" SAY THEY WON'T KNOW UNTIL THE BULLBAR IS AVAILABLE WHICH MEANS THEY WANT ME TO PAY BEFORE AND MAYBE END UP WITH A PROBLEM.
- I HAVE THE FACTORY FITTED SEATS, RESTRICTED LEGROOM. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE TO GET THE SEAT ADAPTOR RUNNERS TO SET THE SEAT BACK FURTHER AND CLEAR THE SECTION OF THE BOX MEMBER ON WHICH THE SEATS ARE ATTACHED? IS THE PRODUCT CERTIFIED & ADR APPROVED? WILL IT EFFECT THE LAND ROVER WARRANTY?
TERRY.

Hi Terry,
WELCOME
Can't answer #1
But as for #2 your options here are:
1. Mudstuff seat rails (UK)
MUDSTUFF.CO.UK, MUD Seat Rails, Land Rover Defender Solutions: West Yorkshire
2. Exploz (local)
4wd accessories - recreational vehicle conversions - exploz pty.ltd. - australia
I have the Mud Stuff rails. Don't know if they are ADR approved (I doubt it is on the RTA radar screen). I also doubt that it would be a warranty issue with Land Rover as it isn't a mechanical item.

Not sure about No.1 but No.2 is easy...
Don't bother spending $$$ on the 'Mud rails', just get yourself a couple of lengths of 20mm box section and use them as a spacer... Which is effectively what the mud rails are!

Sorry I don't know much about your vehicle and have never seen a Rover sump guard.
Can you see where the sump guard is mounted and post a photograph or describe it?
I would think it would be mounted to the chassis, somewhere behind the front axle.
Most bull bars mount to the chassis in front of the cross member, ahead of the front axle. Similar to how the standard bumper bar is mounted.
It is difficult to envisage how an effective sump guard could be mounted in the area where the bull bar goes.
Unless you are mistaking the steering guard for a sump guard. The steering guard is in front of the axle. But these have been in use for many years and don't prevent the use of a bull bar.

If its the same guard as the SVX and I'll bet it is, the guard needs to be trimed /modified to fit. Not so hard. I will post a couple of photos later today for you
Seat rails as said in the other posts. Hope this helps
