Tomorrow when the War Began Movie.

I have to say really looking forward to this movie. Must be behind the times because I only just found out it was coming out! Was a massive fan of these books when I was a little tacker. Probably the first time I heard the word 'landrover' mentioned as well!

The best part is I was watching the trailer and they have the Defender and everything!

I'm really looking forward to it coming out as well.

One of the main houses they use in the movie as (not sure if it portrayed as Ellie's, or maybe Corrie's) is a house that is owned by someone my mother used to work with - who had children same age as me, and I spent many days playing at in the house and the property.

The town scenes of Wirrawee are set in Raymond Terrace and Maitland I believe, and they use Dungog showground as far as I know. They renovated an old shop opposite Woolworths in Maitland (where I worked for 6 years - they filmed there in about January I think it was).

I enjoyed the books, and it will be nice to see some reminders of where I lived for 22½ years, now that I've only just moved away from the area.

Yep, the main street of the fictional town of Wirrawee is at Raymond Terrace, not far from me. It is an unbelievable street, a real time warp, popular with wedding photographers up this way!!!

I sold my Rangie to someone in Dungog. Maybe it'll make it in as well ?!
