Question Battlestar Galactica Grand Finale

At the risk of exposing the uber-geek elements of this forum, has anyone been following Battlestar Galactica which just finished in the US last Friday night? Any thoughts, anyone need to debrief? Unfortunately being a full 12 hours late in downloading the episode I dare not enter into the Sci-fi.com forum discussions as that would be tantamount to turning up at a party after the cleaners have been called the next day.

So... I did indeed think the macro-plot was suspisciously "The Matrix"-esque in that everything had happened three times before and we were witnessing the start of the cycle of human creates robot - robot turns on human - war ensues - humans run away and start again blah blah blah.

Don't tell me what happened! I haven't seen any of the 4th season yet, (puts fingers in ears) "lar lar lar lar, I can't hear you!"

This series has to be one of my all time favourites, even if it did get a bit weird on the 3rd season. For me the best thing is that (nearly) everything is entirely plausible, I do not like sci-fi, (or any other movies/series for that matter), that does things that are obviously impossible.

We have been fans of the show right from the start. Got the box set to Series 4 and the entire last series off the web. It became a ritual - torrent Saturday afternoon and hunker down for the next episode on Saturday night. Brilliant,

Update: Downloading Caprica now....1 hour to go.
