2) Default User Text Formatting - Allow users to choose their default text formatting from (User CP).and applied on new threads, new replays and group discusses with inline styling preview

Banner Adverts

How this necessary evil works.

there have been some changes in how the advertising works on the system.

i have advised the advertising supplier that drop down adverts are not wanted on aulro.com and i havent seen one today so it may have been acknowledged and acted on.

there will be a price to pay for that.

the two top banners directly under the logo are local advertsers who use my banner advert server to advertise on aulro.com. I run this service to help out land rover related businesses at an extremely affordable price.

the bigger banner advert below the top two is supplied by an independant advertising server and is the most profitable of the services.

i get paid different amounts depending on what page is opened.

i get paid twice as much if you open the forumhome page ( the one with the listing of all the forums, here )

please feel free to use it to navigate round the place when you can...

feel free to click on any of the banners as i am sure the advertisers, who are supporting aulro.com and you, would love some support in return!

big swag of updates and a few tweaks worked on last night till after midnight..

no functionality difference but there should be a performance increase i hope.

yet more subtle tweaks to the mysql setup trying to steal another morsel of performance out of the old girl.

been looking at the stats and was a bit stunned to see the results

no wonder the old girl is groaning.

average system loads have increased by over 50% in the last twelve months

amazing.....
