updated forumhome to a more compact version... still undecided as to whther i like it or not.
tuned a few settings added reminder to users who havent activated yet added a "we miss you reminder" to users who have not posted in 60 days

Added the new Silver, Gold, and Vendor subscription levels for users wanting more system resources above what the Subscriber level offers.
The "Silver" and "Gold" levels give you increased message space, gallery space and messaging options. They are annual subscriptions. The "Vendor" subscription allows to to advertise your wares in "The Verandah" forum area and to have a commercial signature in your profile so it is displayed with your posts. This is an annual subscription. It also raises your access level to "Subscriber", giving you increased message and gallery space, you can also subscribe to the Silver and Gold packages to get more resources as you require them. I will add more specifics as i get time.

upgraded to latest version of software has created a heap of hassles...
some features will not work for a while... Blue theme has vanished for a while, but it shall return...
