Gday Ryan
Cannot help with the slide on camper and I think MTB covered it well but I found this 130 at British Offroad. Not sure if your after a 300tdi td5 or Puma but this looks real good and they sell quality cars with warranty. 1995 Defender TDi Dual Cab Ute with Canopy - For Sale - British Off Road Sorry to take it off topic but thought you may be interested as I was till the boss said No to selling the 110.

It's all making sense now .You probably already have but just check out the child restraint issue in the 130's. It seems it is a bit more of a challenge than in the 110. We have just had a bub and it is one of the reasons for us going for the 110 now. |

Hmmm... to be feasible, I reckon it might be better to find a drop-side tray rather than a tub. Bugger all on the market - wonder how much to replace a tub with a tray? I'll ask in the Pinnacles.

I've got a Trayon. Extremely happy with it thus far.

After a bit of searching around, I think I might end up getting a box built. A lot of the tray campers don't fit my requirements, in that they incorporate a kitch/living area inside them.
What I'm after is a box that simply stores all my camping stuff, possibly with a pull out kitchen to use under and awning, and legs to make it self-standing, with a tent on top. I figure it may be cheaper to design one myself or find a basic box unit, and fit it out to my liking. |

That was what we originally were going to do... all designed and ready to go then I realized that I would have to have a box to stand on to cook or do anything because of the height of the defender's tray...can't remember if your wife is taller than me ![]() Mrs hh
