You buy new engine mounts.
Remove viscous fan blades by getting a spanner the correct size 32MM? Then put the spanner on the nut and bash with a hammer. ( if it has the big nut. if not just undo the nuts)
Now this is the important bit. IT IS A LH THREAD so belt it to the right. If the belts slip stuff some rag between a belt and the the water pump pulley.
Remove the fan cowling.
Undo the nuts on the mounts.
Jack up the engine with a jack under the sump. I made up special tool number 69 which was 2 pieces of 1 inch square pine in a T shape which I place under the flange at the front of the sump and down to the jack.
This avoids postings like last week where a poster was complaining of a funny rattly noise in the engine which was caused by this exact same exercise , but jacking directly onto the sump.
Pull out the mounts, and replace with new ones. IMHO it will help if you cut off some of the thread on the studs as they seem overly long and make it harder.
Refit the front stuff.
