I've been told that Disco series 1 steel rims will fit on the Perentie hub.

Can anyone confirm that this is correct?
If so, what size are they? 16x6.5 or 16x7?

and if anyone has or knows anyone who has any they don't want, PM me! I need a full set of 5.

    Confirmed.

16x7 +33 PCD 5x165 Easily found out with a quick google search.

Also they are pretty thin steel compared to wolf/130 rims.

I've never got the verniers out but they've always looked about the same to me. I suspect the major differences in strength would be due to the design and grade of steel. They are certainly both MUCH thicker than the usual aftermarket Sunraysias/modulars.

Personally I've never been keen on the look of them, but they are brilliant wheels for the money you can get them for.

When I buy some verniers I'll measure them, but they definitely felt thinner when I was cleaning them up getting them ready for new tires. (my spare is a disco steely because it was half the cost of a Wolf)

Interesting. Phoning around today and Dynamic told me it's
    16*7 5x165 but +20, not +33

    got a price of 1630 for 5 rims and 5 235/85 r16 Hankook RF10s
just have to confirm that rim offset is correct

+20 should still sit nicely behind the flairs

I'm planning on getting a set of 255/85r16's on 16x8 -33 rims. Have some 33x12.5" however they require extended flares. Hoping the 255/85's will still sit flush or only require a lip extension.

Is there a reason you are using -33 rims?

Widen the track and I already have them Tyres - what are people using? Been running these rims with the bigger tyres on a defender and rrc now.

I don't know for sure, but I'm willing to put on money them sitting outside the guards
