Thread: Speaker Boxes

I have been meaning to replace my speaker boxes in the Defender. Well I finally got round to making them the other day.

Originally the were MDF made by the fella I bought my Blue Defender off, but that got a bit tired. So I made the new ones out of a nice bit of Tas Oak (with some help from a friend who works in a woodwork area)

We lined the inside out with a sound reducing felt. I have no idea whether it was a good idea or not. But they sound heaps better than the MDF ones.
