Did you find it necessary to fit a lift kit when you upgraded the tyres?
I've just put on BFG A/T KO's 265/75/16 to my standard Td5 and they fit fine with no rubbing however I'm a bit sus if they will rub when I get off road.
How do you find the OME lift kit. Good or not so good?

I didn't have fitting issues with the tyres, I swapped in the OME gear because the ACE springs were way too soft for what we were carrying around, people and gear. Pretty happy with it. Bit bouncy when empty but i like the ride to be a bit trucky. I have articulated them pretty hard, not ramp stuff or anything but enough to be happy that they didn't rub! It took the edge off the engine's performance, it's pretty tall gearing now! Even fully loaded and with a full tank and the LPG Cylinder in the back it's still a nice solid ride.

Ian.

I'll have to agree on the Jacmac lockers and ETs quite a lethal combo

Not too sure about diff wine, but I'd forgotten how much a LT77 whines in reverse full throttle. Mine used to drown out a 200tdi at 3500 rpm.

I miss the old truck...
