I think the LS is between SE and ES because they seem to have everything but sunroofs.

Hey mate

Did you know they actually had one called Crossover, Between 1993-1995 they had an agreement with Honda to sell them as a Honda Crossover in Japan, they were a 3 or 5 door V8 Auto, they sold them until BMW took over in 1994.

Yep it's weird seeing them with Honda badges. I saw one in NZ once.
That's one Japper 4wd I would buy

There was no factory cruise on the 300tdi's in Australia

In 98 they still made the SE7's but had no badging on the tailgate as previous years, mine is a designated SE7 but carries no badging (7/98 build) but has the rear jump seats twin airbags and ABS etc

So you have no cruise control?

Can anyone else confirm that Aussie 300tdi's didn't have cruise?
Does anyone with a 300tdi have cruise?

Confirmed, No "Diesel" Disco 1 entered Australia with factory Cruise Control.
The first Diesel Disco to have cruise was the Disco2 released in 99.

Another few notes: the LS discovery was a late release from the UK to Australia to rid the remaing stock of V8 mid spec models for the release of the D2.
They were badged LS for Limited Spec. You will notice as the ES had Electric seats also the LS did not. The wood spec was bolted on in Australian processing centres as was the LS decal. The only thing that came from the factory was the stereo with dash controls...
All 98my vehicles should of been badged at the rear S, SE, SE7 or LS.
97my & prior there were many changes & limited spec models.
Most came under the main 5 level specs, most were aimed at the SE, SE7 spec to move vehicles as bonuses were added to shift them along.
S, SE, SE7, RS, ES.
SE/SE7 AA pack, SE/SE7 AR pack, SE Plus as been mentioned, it just depended on what spec the customer wanted.
These packs were mainly 96/97my's only.
The Rossingnol was only the early D1 up to 93my (early dash).

These levels still exist today as the UK has many different trim levels, from memory up to about 12 now, were as Australia only receives 3
D2a & D3 - S SE & HSE, are basically the spec we get, in the UK u can order a base vehicle & option leather trim with seat heaters, something we cant do here...

Hope this helps in some way guys.

I know of the Honda badged Disco but Crossover doesn't ring a bell.
I thought it was Crossroad or Crossroads.
