    Air Onboard for 300 TDI

Noticed a few post in the past about air onboard and 300TDI's.
Well after a couple of months of measuring and machining I finally have a prototype system fully functioning in my vehicle.
The twins compressors have been running unloaded for the past couple of weeks to check for problems and today the performance checks of functioning system where very impressive.
I am after some photos of a 200TDI AC compressor setup as what I have done can be easily adapted, plus I have modelled it all up in 3d so modifying the compressor mount shouldn't be a hassle for 200TDI setup

I will get some photos taken tomorrow for under the bonnet. Will also get some for under the vehicle as I am looking for some feedback to where I have the tank mounted.I have done the maths and checked it out physically so I know it works but other experiences would be good.

my air reservoir is mounted under the rear floor, just forward of the fuel tank. It looks like an old fire extinguisher I will post a pic up for you when I get home

No AC is still functional. Remade the hose and routed differently

That looks like a pretty big tank. Is it one of the aluminium ones. If it is i would be putting some sort of shield on it. Myself i would have put it outside the chassis rails and up as high as it could go. Just a little concerned about the rocks and sticks and things that stick up in the middle of the track hitting it. (if it is thick steel probably not a problem).
