    Flashing DiffLock light

    Hi quick one here.

    Diff lock light keeps flashing, any ideas of the cause?

    What kind of flash? A steady constant one or an irregular one?

    There isn't much in the circuit for the diff lock light. The switch in transfer case, wiring to the instrument cluster, and the diff lock lamp.

    A loose connector, broken wire or faulty switch are the likely culprits.

    Its probably something weird like every time you put your foot on the brake to indicate a blow taillight.

    Had this happen to me the other day , ended up being the brake light fuse .new fuse problem gone.

    Just like changing my stereo put the auto into limp mode. Cheers guys I'll check my brake fuse and the connector on the diff lock. Cheers matt
