My daughter has a 2001 Freelander and it has an intermitent electrical problem. The Hill Decent and the Traction Control lights come on at the same time the wipers and brake light will not work. There does not appear to be an earth problem. You can turn it on and off a few times and everything will go back to normal and work perfectly for a while. Does anyone have any ideas.

I have had similar problems with when the indicators are used warning lights come on. Found it was the switch on the back of the ignition barrel.
