D2 rear bar

Well after much searching around the after market suppliers of rear bars ,and not much luck on what i wanted ,i spoke to Greg from Outcast offroad (grover69)and he had the solutions to my hang up problems and custom so whatever i wanted so this weekend it went into there workshop , once again it comes out a far better Disco and as lots of you say Disco's need as much mods as they can get
so here are so pics of the Outcast offroad enhanced D2 rear bar

the end result was awesome
as you can see the indicators are LED lights and add bling to my D2 i wanted them off the bar as i was tired of breaking lights and without them there would add extra strength ,that what the bonus of getting a rear bar custom made
cheers kelvin

Hey mate...looks good.....you...or Greg could probably answer these Q's..

  • Rough Cost?
  • Can/ does the bar incorporate OEM towbar etc..bit hard to see in pics.
  • Can you still keep the step in conjunction with the bar. I like my step...especially for us fatties....helps to get to the roof rack
My rear bar is getting hammered and needs to go........but I still want something that goes with the car,

Regards

Stevo

as they are custom i had a few things added and used 6mm steel that will have to be answered by Greg
OEM towbar definately still there as my camper needs a buddy
with the skills that Greg has am certain the step can be added in

you dont need to go the way i went with the 1/4 cut ect am sure he can do what ever you want give him a call 0424705300

cheers kelvin
