Q: After a hard nights work is it wrong to go to the pub this early to celebrate Paddy's day?

Simon well done on the apology. I thought it was perfect doing it publicly without naming names. I didn't know exactly who your apology was aimed and didn't need to know what went down before, but certainly the person on the other end of your wrong doing would of. You have made amens for your actions.

The written word is too easy to misinterpret and sometimes it is best to say nothing. Good to see you are doing that now.

see you in the bush one day.

cheers

Tony

Actually, now you come to mention it, it is my day off today and I have a Doctors appointment at 10 o'clock and the surgery is next door to the local rubbity dub. Now it would be rude of me to walk past the pub and not call in and say hello to the locals and have a couple of ales now wouldn't it!!!

I have met Simon. He is a nice, enthusiastic fellow with a lovely family. I have given him my advice, wether he acts on it or not is his decision.
However, this thread is getting off topic.
Simon is "manning up", eating a little humble pie and apologising for his earlier indiscresions. Care to share in a little humble pie Dobbo or would you prefer to eat cheese?
