Parcel post from UK --- who to use ????

What are the postage options for a package from the UK ?

The package would be approx 30 x 30 x 30 cm and weigh approx 8-10 kgs.

It's not coming from a business, hence the need to investigate freight myself.

I've been quoted $581 by DHL and the weight is too heavy for Royal Mail.

Are there any cheaper options that someone on here has experience with.

    Cheers, Murray

When I was in the UK sending stuff to Australia (and elsewhere in thew world), we always used to send stuff via Interparcel : Discount UK & International Parcel Delivery & Courier Services

You can do it all online and its about the cheapest I found. They never let me down either - they use DHL and others, just give good rates based on high volumes.

    hope that helps.
