This thing is a beast should have got some one to take a pics of you pulling the semi with it , noone would actually believe it when you recovered the semi-truck broken down on side of the road.

Aren't those bails ~ 1T each? I count 11, so maybe ~12 tonnes inc trailer???

got good brakes on the trailer I hope - maybe 15 tonnes all up!

Was traveling the golden highway and found a farmer in big strife! The clutch had failed in his harvester on a steep hill. I couldn't leave him there as was very unsafe.

It was bloody heavy to pull. The 120 broke traction on the tar in second low at one stage. I was terrified something was going to snap. In low range there is so much torque on the drive line at 1800 RPM and 12 psi boost. Once we got rolling I was able to hold a nice steady 22 kmh in forth gear. Was not safe to go any faster.

When I was working for a farmer he tried pulling(helping) a roadtrain full of canola up a hill on the farm.The truckie had missed a gear tried backing down but lost the back trailer.
Boss decides his brand new patrol ute is up for the tug,he did manage to get the roadtrain mobile,the 4.2 turbodiesel excelled itself.In the process he fried the crutch,flywheel and input bearing.He wasnt happy when he got no warranty,operator abuse
