ummm another much forgotten famous australian travelled much slower than that in his land rover doing his forward surveys for the gunbarrell highway construction company...his name Len Beadell. His average speeds across thousands of unchartered and never driven in country miles was much less than that at times
BTW, anyone know where his old land rover(s) got to?
