Which also drops signal strength when held.
Only the signal meter was incorrect.
The phone works fine and doesn't drop calls any worse than the others.

Mine and Emmas are shipping Friday.

Don't forget the mini-sim!

And $999 for the 32GB version. Not bad seeing as it sells for US$299

Still I'm probably getting one. Like Tombie said there's more than the iPhone that drop signal and I haven't had a good experience with HTC (never mind the fact they don't support Mac OS X on their phone/PC interface).

nope mine doesnt drop the signal and its not just a software issue.. if it was how does that cause call dropouts? Many many tests have been done. Isolated controlled tests inclusive not just youtube videos. When the gap is bridged the signal falls.. and falls far worse than any other phone. if you are in low signal areas the call will be dropped over other phones. In its favour when it isnt bridged it performs very well in low signal areas better than most. There is a rumour going that they may have insulated the new phones.. but nobody seems to be able to confirm it.. just dont forget to get your free bumper case. its the closest to an acknowledgement that mr jobs is willing to give.
