| Good service recommendations
Great service deserves recognition and support, and to be honest we would all like to know where to go to get it! Unfortunately it's often bad service that gets the recognition and not those that do it it right; so lets give credit where credit is due and we will all benefit from knowing about those that go above and beyond...
For me I would like to acknowledge Gordon of Opposite Lock in Rockdale for giving much valuable and honest advice over the last year since I first went to his store (my questions have been many!). He has gone well out of his way to help me more than once and has always stood behind the products he sells. A very easy going and honest guy to deal with.
I would also like to acknowledge Daniel from Mulgo for the great customer service I have received in the short time I have had dealings with him. Thanks also goes to Sam who does his auto electrics, who stood in the pouring rain one early saturday morning trying to sort out a problem with my car (I watched from inside  ) Attention to detail and workmanship combined with the desire to do the right thing by the customer (in my case to the detriment of his profit margin!) seems to be his business model; it's one that will no doubt make his business a great success.
Who have you dealt with that stands apart from the crowd and deserves a mention? We all benefit from knowing...  |
