    AND THIS Ron

INFINITI has a new hybrid on the way. The M35h, due in the spring, is said to be the only vehicle to offer more than 350 horsepower along with a 30 mile per gallon economy rating on the highway. That’s an admirable achievement, and I’m sure that plenty of Infiniti buyers will take note of the new hybrid as they stroll past it on their way to buy a new 400-horsepower, 5,850-pound QX56 4WD. As the sales charts prove, the death of the S.U.V. has been much exaggerated.

Better than a diesel Land Rover

    Still but ugly
    Cheers Baz.

Been recruiting designers from SSanyong? Seriously, how could you take that to a design review and say "OK, lets build that!".

This is a topic that really gets me going I'm afraid
Japan doesn't seem to mind making them, you know, Japan, the country that in living memory came thaaaat close to invading us but was stopped by the US.

But yeah, the topic really gets me going too, just in the opposite direction to you. I don't want to take the thread into some pointless soapbox ping pong but I just can't abide anti-US posts and can't to let them pass with out holding my hand up to protest.

Was a different time then though James...not that I was around. I believe this country leaves the US for dead in terms of economy, quality of life and most other areas.

They are a bit like a big brother ... you get angry with them, you get on with them, agree and disagree, let them into your room then kick them out again. If they give you the ****s you give them a poke in the eye to let them know..they embarrass you, but more often than not, embarrass themselves....but at the end of the day....I'd rather have a big brother called the USA. In the meantime, like brothers do...keep taking the **** out of each other

Then again.......you'd think big brother would know where all his little brother's hiding places are....
