    rubber bungs, where do I get them in the brissy area?

    Does anyone know where I can get hold of a couple of largish rubber bungs like these ?


    29mm Rubber Stopper Rubber Bung 1-Hole Laboratory NEW items in Laboratory Stuff and Fishy Things store on eBay!

    Ideally Id prefer somewhere in ipswich or within 24-48 hours posting.

    They have a fair range and the last time I was there I think they had stoppers in that size ( For boats???)- I guess the closest store to Ipswich is Browns Plains.

    Dammit!! I should have thought of chandlers! Dave, most chandleries sell rubber bungs in various sizes for emergency leak stopping. They're solid, so you would have to drill a 1/4" hole though it for what you want.

    Home brew shops would have a bung about that size to go in the top of those gallon glass jars for wine making......

    pharmacies probably sell them instead of Lomotil
