    It's not my speciality at all - but I think it was a Volvo 303..... or something like that.

    That second video shows both the strengths and weaknesses of the forward control design, particularly when portals are involved.

    The tippy - fall over issue is worse in a Haflinger and Pinzgauer and less of an issue in a 101 but the 101 not having portals has a lower C of G.

    Pick on the back, looks like a winch / crane on top to maybe lift a street grate? and a pump? maybe a sewerage collection thingyamemog?

    That's a BSR truck (BSR = the Berlin council waste removal authority) for cleaning the roads and gutters.
