    The Great Landy Trip

    Well I'm back again

I bought myself a new project the other day. A 1990 3.9 Isuzu County

I flew to Perth on the 16th and I've got two weeks off work to drive it home

I thought I might tempt you all with a few photos. So far I've done 3900kms, the only thing that has failed was the door catch. I fitted a new one in South Aus

Currently sitting at Kingston SE eating a few lamb chops

    Here are some photos:
The view from the rocks just east of Norseman

At the start of the Nullabor

    Across the Nullabor

    Cliffs just past Border Village

Camping on the Eyre Peninsula, magic spot (sorry to whoever it was in the DII, I was going to come and say Gday)

    Pilpuppa Rock

Country on the way to Burra

I have a few more photos of Ocean Beach at the end of the Coorong where we camped last night, that was a pretty nice spot too

Will post them up when I get home

You've got yourself a very nice truck. It used to belong to D3Jon, who fixed everything up on it before selling it to JamesJ. James did the Canning a couple of years back without any isses whatsoever.

James sold it a few months back - apparently to someone who couldn't put up with the noise Why else would anyone sell one of the best examples of a 4bd1 county I know of only a few months after buying?

Good to see it's found a new home.

Nice, I had wondered what happened to that one after it showed up for sale a couple of months ago.

Good to see you back onboard Jock . I've seen your old beast around the place up here.

I'm looking forward to seeing some County tweaking.....

No, Jock bought it from James. He just waited 3 months to collect it...

Jock - some pictures of your new landy doing the canning here:

Shame you are going to pull it to bits. It is the latest model (and 2nd best condition) 110 county I have ever seen.
