ALDI- Auto XS 120 led work light - charger

Impulse purchased one of

These

Damned thing didnt come with the chargers...

If anyone out there has one or has an aldi store nearby with one left can you get your eyes on the 240v Charger for me and let me know what the output voltage and amps is ment to be? (an image of the data plate on it would be perfect)

12 volt 1500mA I think, seems higher current than i'd expect though. That's if it is the same as the previous run of them, brilliant bit of camping kit coloquially referred to as the light saber.

magnets and hooks

the 1500ma is probably because its ment to be able to charge and run the lights at the same time.

Light Saber

I have had one of them for nearly 1 year, they're brilliant. Used it for camping trips too.

Have you got your receipt? Go back to ALDI and swap or complain or something...

Failing that, My power adaptor is as follows;
Output: 12v dc @ 400mA
Pin out: Centre pin is +

You could buy this one from Jaycar... for $17.95

MP-3147
Specifications:
Input: 240VAC 50Hz
Output: 12VDC 400mA

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
HEYVJ

discounted and it was the last one in stock....

I've got plenty of 12v chargers round here, just needed to know if it was 12V or 7.5 or 4.5 or........

theres no markings on the unit itself.

You're also missing out on the car charger too, mine came with a cigarette lighter plug charger as well as the 240V.
Since HEYVJ posted different i'd better check to make sure it is the right charger I have been using...
