Hi Cam,
Not addressing your question directly, but a MUCH more important one.

Using your email address as your user name leaves you liable to HEAPS of spam (unwanted mail) most from no-one to do with the forum. I suggest that you act quickly to ask a forum Administrator, such as Incisor, to change your username.

I made a step by step tutorial on posting pics, using the AULRO Gallery rather than Photobucket or similar
