Never a right thing to say at such a time. I had to drop in during the week. It was a very sad visit they were all visibly very upset yet still took the time greet me as they always do and they always remember who I am and still fighting back tears went to the effort to ask me if i was doing alright and asked how was my week going. I had been forwarned as my daughter and one of bruce's staff's son are at school and swimming(next door) together.

felt so helpless knowing that one had absolutely no common frame of reference to attempt to try and understand how they feel. Very sad indeed.
