How do u insert pictures into a post, so they load large and not as a small pic u have to open

At the top of the General Section there are some sticky posts. Look at the one regarding image posting.

You need to have loaded the picture in a photo hosting site, or your own site and then copied the link to that picture, then inserted using the "insert image' icon in the message box (that I'm typing in now). So use an example.... I can use the "insert image" icon to link to this rock crawling deefa ... it's actual domain is from caradvice.com.au.. (http://www.caradvice.com.au/wp-conte...rock-crawl.jpg)

If you 'right click', if windows, on the picture below - the properties will give you the web address from whence the picture came.






But if I had a flickr account, or photobucket account (or as I do - a smugmug account) .. then that would be the domain name beind the picture). Some of these run free accounts. I happen to subsribe to smugmug as I like the amount of space that I can put my pics.

Thus you will see the address below comes from my smugmug account:

So I know the address for this picture by right clicking it ... -> properties (in firefox) or view image (in firefox), and this gives the address used: http://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/misc/aulrologo1.jpg ... that is what was plugged as copy/paste into "insert image" in forum box.... voila.

So putting the mouse over the image .. right click will give its properties ... copy the location .... insert as image
