this is a great idea for those with a tdi,think what the servos will make off us v8 owners on that weekend,i need a servo every 200k's or trailer my rig there,but would be worth it

Exagerated to the max I get 660 from mine, driven sensibly; could get more if I drove for economy

you get 660...from a V8?

and your not driving for economy!!
Bloody hell I think the best we ever managed with our V8 was a smidge over 500 and that was driving for economy

Set the cruise on 105k and lean on the horn
These figures are for easy flat cruising, hills, traffic and towns knock it round

i dont think the long weekend will be the best just because alot of people organise things with friends but you can try it i think it would be hard to pick a state(wont be fair to people living in the others) my suggestion is that every year a different spot but thats just my thoughts
