Don't knock it, I enjoy it too. Particularly at churches, they seem to be the oldest, you can almost touch the history. Some of the kids graves can bring a lump to the throat though.
MN, have you been to the hospital museum in Thargomindah? I think you would like it. It is in the original hospital building, and appears to be a complete late 1800s- early 1900s outback hospital. Some of the equiptment looks as if it has been stolen from the Nazis. ![]() |
