Hell yeah!!! If you don't I'd love to!

(And then I wake from my dream...)

Seriously Dave, I would jump at it. Property is a good investment but think of the solitude etc weekends away....How far is it from home?

If you buy it ...

you will love it ... but ...

It will own you!

If you're happy to be owned by a beautiful property ...

And you can afford it ...

Then you should buy it.

If you don't want to be owned by a piece of property ...

Then you shouldn't buy it ...

no matter how beautiful it is!

Even if you can afford it.

Only you and your family can make that decision.

What are the rates there and likely capital gain would be my concern. Can you rent or lease it, may be use it as business Make a nice office for meetings
Never ceases to amaze me.... I like to visit the big smoke for a change and the others cant wait to get out!

Looks like a nice retreat anyway

Buy it. Clear a few trees and you have an instant 4WD park... For Landy's only of course...
