Funny Pics Thread

One of the blokes on the Two Wheels forum took this pic on Friday. It's somewhere near the Hawkesbury River by the look of the sign (ferry closed, etc.). Maybe Wisemans Ferry, that's near Webbs Creek.

Our "Lady Map" GPS Nav system is nearly as bad as my wife in navigating.

When we were in WA, I asked it to navigate the 200 km from Wave Rock to Ravensthorpe - not that we needed directions. "Lady Map" came back, after quite a while, with a 4000+km route!

You can see why we call it Lady Map. She regularly gives wrong directions.

For example, in WA, I came to an intersection knowing I needed to turn right. She said, "Turn left and then immediately do a U-turn"!

WA must confuse her.

Good thing you went most of the way by train then, Lady Map would still be geographically embarassed.

There are two GPS models, the "Girlfriend" and the "Wife". I think you bought the "Wife" model accidentally as the Girlfriend model asks if its OK to turn left, and shes only happy to go left IF your happy to.
