Maybe the end of my Disco?

Returning into town tonight I hit a massive male kangaroo at 90km/h

My son is fine, as is my dog, who was behind the cargo barrier. Doesn't look good for my poor old girl though

Thank goodness you guys are OK! That is a BIG marsupial that caused that!

I think you are right, I'd say it'll be a write off. Good thing is you'd be offered the buy back

    ****e

    Glad I live in Tassie

Good to here your all ok though, would have been a decent ding to do damage like that

Hope they can fix it mate, I know what it's like losing a loved one still sometimes wish I had my old girl. It's all good and fun starting again but you lose all the hard work that went into the original

Let us know what the insurers say

    !. It's geat that you're all OK

    2. It's only a disco - there's plenty more around

(2a - get your stuff out of it before the ins co gets their hands on it)

    3. Whether it's the end or not of the disco maybe depends on the insurance co & their attitude

    4. If the chassis is OK, the disco's probably OK and repairable (even if not economicasl from the ins co perspective (maybe a good buy?)

anyhow - hope it works out well....

    regards - Laurie

That must have been a massive roo to trigger the airbags.

It's Altai Silver by the looks so I assume it's a 1996 onwards D1 without the crash sensors on the rails which means the bags were triggered by deceleration .
