The later Roman emperors too thought they were gods, and persecuted any who wouldn't worship them. They now are just as dead as Empidocles.
But if you're feeling ripped off because you didn't get a mention on the chart, you might find some comfort in knowing that we are all created in God's image. Which is pretty impressive!
