Looks more like either a Polaris Razr or Yamaha side by side too me. Would be great fun to drive, especially in that weather.

Err, no. The vehicle blocking the picture of the Polaris/yamaha in the top picture, and a tiny dot in the background int he second - Air Portable (Lightweight) Series 2a/3 (can't tell which from that angle) Others are Defenders.

Yes that is a quad, the LW is in the top corner, wonder how many this unit still uses..... still nice to see there still in use...
