"It is important that any vehicle or trailer that is being secured to a trailer be done so by the wheels or axles. Do not use bullbars, towbars or any point above the springs. On a sprung load the constant loading and unloading of the restraints, due to the load bouncing is going to comprimise the integrity of said restraint, if not incur catastrophic failure."
