I finally bought myself a computer and thought what a good way to source bits for the Landy. I was doing just that when I stumbled across aulro. Wow, what a great place to learn stuff, ask technical questions and talk to other Landy lovers.
Back in 2000 I bought a late 1994 defender and affectionately dubbed her "Jessie". She's a conniston green 110 wagon with the great 300Tdi under the bonnet. She had 99,500km when I got her and now she is about to clock over 230,000km. I've done all the maintenance since I've had her and have spent many happy hours in the shed. My mates at work laugh at the Landy and I get comments like "that's the model where the bonnet is connected to the handbrake so it pops open everytime you put the handbrake on (that's how often you have to fix it)", but we know better don't we guys.

G'day Arthur,
I was born and bred in Tassie.
Burnie, Ridgely, Cape Barren Island, Myrtle Park, CBI again.
Most of the family now live in Lonny but I've got 1 sister in Hobart and 1 just built in Longford.
I haven't heard of Broadmarsh though, where is that?
