I would put those on if I wanted to make a 1985 vehicle appear to be newer
But would it be better than no stickers?? Same dilemma really

Well I always prefer less stickers, so I'd say go with no stickers. Looks cleaner (to me anyway).

It would be very easy for a new owner to buy the stickers and fit them if desired.

Personally, I am glad the PO removed m,ine and had the sides repainted. One less thing to worry about.
