    LT95 Clutch release bearing

I need a new release bearing for my LT95.
Having found in Rijidij's conversion info that they are basically just a V8 bearing with a spacer, I ordered a V8 one with the intention of using the spacer from my original one (or so I thought).
    From Rijidij's thread:

Turns out the bearing I ordered - FTC5200 - is a later type bearing and constructed differently from the one in the previous photo, and has the plastic part clamped into the bearing itself, not just pressed on.
Isuzu bearing on the left, FTC5200 on the right:

Is there a particular P/N V8 bearing still available that I need to be able to do this, or do I need to buy the real deal Isuzu one from LR (for $200+ )

Steve, You can go to a bearing shop and order the bearing only. The part number is. FKC 7/W 1 13/16. As long as your plastic sleeve is OK and not gone brittle this is the cheapest way to do it. That bearing will fit the V8 as well. Loctite in onto the sleeve. I think about $30.

    Thanks again Brian.
I've got a couple of used sleeves here, so hopefully at least one of them is OK.

Having trouble tracking down one of these bearings.
Everyone seems to know about them, but "haven't had one for years" (even from their suppliers).

CBC Bearings tell me that they now refer to it as a 9/W 1 13/16

Any hints on who might have them?

good to know that the bearing only is still available. I was under the impression that genuine LR V8 bearings are the same style as shown in Murray's post. trouble is they are also exxy. I have a couple of "folded in" style aftermarket bearings in the garage myself :-)

But.... does anybody have the correct P/N for the Isuzu one, the complete assembly with the spacer?
My copy of the Perentie RPS, (Oct '91) states AYG3339, which is the short one, and the ID of the bearings is different and not interchangeable

AYG3339 is the correct Landrover part number for the complete assembly for the Isuzu. You can press the bearing off and replace it if you want.
